About RJ Consulting Enterprises

RJ Consulting Enterprises is a self-owned/operated business with over 25 years of experience with computers and more than half of that in business networking environments. We specialize in computers primarily running the Microsoft Windows^® family of operating systems up through the current Windows 10 business and client versions.

Beyond PC's running Windows, we have some experience with Linux distributions as well as MacOS X, however these are not currently as widely used in the business markets. Macs are popular in the college and graphic design consumer markets and we are ready to help you out!

Chromebooks are also a growing trend in the consumer and student markets as they are relatively inexpensive and running Google's OS, they work very similar to the many Android phones out there. We are more than willing to assist with these as well.

We believe that computer troubleshooting and repairs should be as painless as possible.
You just sit down at your computer to work on some important documents and your computer crashes. We've all been there. Getting to the bottom of computer crashes shouldn't be painful or leave you scratching your head. In order to make things easier on you, we take pride in being able to relate problems to you, presenting the facts in non-technical terms when possible. With us, you never have to wonder if we just sold you the kitchen without the kitchen sink.

We make sure to educate you on the options available to you, but we know that the decision is yours and we respect that. If you are still unsure of which option is best, we will recommend the optimal solution for you, not what we can charge the most for.

In the unlikely event that we haven't, we will be honest with you and make sure you are comfortable with helping us test new solutions.
